Class Pets

In some schools, classrooms have class pets. A few days ago, some girls in our class found a frog. They brought it back to the classroom and for some reason, named it Gertrude (I'm not lying). A few days after that, Gertrude was released back into the BCS playground. So much for having a class pet!

New Movies

I'm excited for some movies to come out. Here are a few of them:

The Minion Movie
Hotel Transylvania 2 (even though I didn't like the 1st one)
The new Star Wars movie (even though my friend said it would be a musical)
and Guardians of the Galaxy 2 (my friend told me about it at school).

Good Mythical Morning

There are some really awesome TV shows out there (for example, CNN Student News, Pokémon the series XY). But by far, 1 of the greatest TV shows is Good Mythical Morning. Good Mythical Morning is a really awesome TV show that we watch very rarely in school. The topics on Good Mythical Morning (GMM) are really random. These are just a few:

Tornado Tantrums

If you're in 5th grade, do you guys know in Out of my Mind there are those screaming fits that Melody has that she calls a "Tornado"? Well, I just experienced 1 of those. My sister, Ava wanted to play outside but my dad says she couldn't until she finished her homework. Well, she got really mad and locked me and my dad out! She let us in after that but she wouldn't go out to the car and get her backpack to even DO her homework. Then she was sent to her room by dad (in my mind I thanked him). Then, she came down the stairs saying, "I'M COMING DOWN." in a commanding voice. I was trying not to be bothered. After all, I WAS doing MY homework. Later on, I heard yell at Ava. He sent her to her room for the rest of the night. Basically, she was grounded. Now I'm sitting on my parent's bed right around her room blogging and she's not noticing anything.

My favorite sports

My favorite sport of all time is baseball. If there was a pie chart for sports, these would be the percentages:

Wonderful Weekend Superb Surprises

This weekend was super fun! Here are just a few of the things I did:

1: I had a great time at Matthew A.'s house. We played Jenga (I won, not to brag or anything), had a bike race, and played MarioKart 8 and Mario Party 10 on the Wii U.

2: At my piano lesson, I was waiting for my instructor when I ran into Ty K. We talked about our band, Virus, and how we could be able to meet so we can discuss writing some songs.

3: I went to Gaylord, MI to preform in a concert with my opera chorus. The whole trip was about 1/2 a day!!
